Login to the registration system: If you have registered through the registration system for a past conference or any of the events organized by AMCA in the last two years, please use the login information you set up when you created your user account (e-mail and password; the password can possibly restore).
If you do not have login information yet, please create a new user account in the registration system. Please save the entered e-mail (user ID) and password, you will use them when registering for future events or when submitting an abstract.

Registration: After logging into the registration system, click the "New registration" button and fill out the registration form.

Payment: After submitting the registration form, you will see links to online card payment and an advance invoice for payment by bank transfer. You will also find these links in the confirmation e-mail that will be sent to you after registration is complete.

After receiving the payment to the account of the event and re-logging into the registration system, you will be able to download the tax document (in the case of payment by card, the next day, after payment by transfer, usually within 3 working days).

Cancellation of registration

Cancellation of registration is possible only in writing by e-mail to the address of the conference secretariat, amca@amca.cz.
  • until October 31, 2023: no cancellation fee
  • from November 1, 2023: 100% cancellation fee
